You get 27 days of annual leave when you join the Trust and another 10 days of statutory holidays. Your annual leave allowance increases after five years and again after 10 years, to a maximum of 33 days.

Here4U offers staff an extensive range of free activities and events to support physical, emotional and mental wellbeing. Some of these activities take place each week. Others are organised on an irregular or one-off basis.
We provide an annual summer scheme across three venues. The summer scheme can accommodate 350 children for seven weeks in July and August. We offer early and late starts and pick-up times to suit staff shift patterns. The summer scheme is open to all Trust employees’ children aged between 4 and 12 years.
We also offer unpaid leave where appropriate.

All staff can join the Staff Services scheme, which offers a wide range of discounts.Staff who are pregnant, or who would like more information on pregnancy-related issues, can attend our maternity information sessions.
We give special recognition to staff who reach 25 years’ service in Health and Social Care by awarding one week of additional annual leave (pro rata).
Staff can reduce their Income Tax and National Insurance contributions by paying for bus and train travel directly from their salary. Staff can save 20 percent on annual bus and train fares through the aLink card scheme. Additional benefits include unlimited bus and train travel within Northern Ireland at weekends.
