TOURIST VISAS

REQUIREMENTS:

  1. Fill out the Visa Affidavit form
  2. A 2 "x 2" passport size photograph
  3. Valid passport with at least 6 months of validity
  4. Copy of the hotel reservation or letter from friends or family indicating the address where you will be staying, sketch of address of the address, invoices of the last three months of basic services (water, electricity, telephone) that are in your name, contract of current rent, other related. (If the invitation is from a family member or friend, it must be personal, the institutional invitation is for a specific object visa).
  5. Round trip ticket or copy of the travel itinerary.
  6. Economic solvency test. Bank statement. In the case of Minors, the requirement of Economic Solvency will be the corresponding one by the parents or guardians.

WHERE TO APPLY?
You can apply with the Bolivian Consulate in Washington, DC only if you reside in one of the following States: District of Columbia, Maryland, Virginia, West Virginia, Ohio, Indiana, Illinois, Wisconsin, Iowa, Missouri, Minnesota and North Carolina.
If you do not reside in one of those states, you have to apply with another Bolivian Consulate, depending on where you live in the United States. For that information you can check your nearest Consulate: New York, Miami, Houston y Los Angeles

Incomplete applications will be returned without being processed. There is no expedited option, please plan accordingly
